ALL DISPUTES MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

13.4 Small Claims Court

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court, provided the matter falls within the court's jurisdictional limits and the claim is not brought as part of a class action or representative proceeding.
