Round Table Pizza does not guarantee the availability of any specific menu item at any particular location. Menu offerings, prices, and availability may vary by location and are subject to change without notice.
3. User Obligations and Prohibited Activities
3.1 User Obligations
As a condition of using our Services, you agree to:

4. Account Registration and Security
While some features of our Website may be accessible without registration, certain Services — including placing orders, accessing order history, and participating in loyalty programs — may require you to create an account. When registering:
- You must provide a valid email address, which will serve as your primary means of identification;
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;

Round Table Pizza will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Pricing and Payment Methods
All prices listed on our Website are in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes, delivery fees, service charges, and other fees will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process prior to order confirmation. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including applicable taxes and fees.
We accept a variety of payment methods, which may include:
- Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover);
- Digital wallets and mobile payment platforms (where supported);
- Round Table Pizza gift cards or promotional credits (subject to applicable terms);
- Other payment methods as indicated at checkout.
5.2 Order Confirmation and Processing
Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order but rather acknowledges receipt. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing or descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5.3 Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of food products, all sales are generally final once an order has been prepared. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you receive an incorrect or unsatisfactory order, please contact us within a reasonable time at [email protected] so we may address the issue appropriately. Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe.
5.4 Promotions and Discounts
Promotional codes, coupons, and discounts are subject to their own terms and conditions, expiration dates, and eligibility requirements. They may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotional programs at any time without liability.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Ownership of Content
All content available on or through the Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, images, photographs, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, button icons, data compilations, software, and the overall "look and feel" of the Website (collectively, "Content") — is the exclusive property of Round Table Pizza or its licensors and is protected under applicable United States intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws.
6.2 Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Round Table Pizza grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not permit you to:
- Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or perform any Content;

- Frame or mirror any portion of our Website without our express written consent.
6.3 Trademarks
The name "Round Table Pizza," our logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Round Table Pizza or its affiliates. You may not use any such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this Website are the trademarks of their respective owners.
6.4 User Submissions
If you submit, post, or transmit any reviews, feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other content to us (collectively, "User Content"), you grant Round Table Pizza a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with our business. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Website may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources (such as delivery platform partners or payment processors) that are not owned or controlled by Round Table Pizza. We provide these links for your convenience only and do not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
You acknowledge and agree that Round Table Pizza shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any content, goods, or services available through such third-party websites or services. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO ROUND TABLE PIZZA IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100.00).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Round Table Pizza and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

Round Table Pizza reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims. You agree not to settle any such claim without Round Table Pizza's prior written consent.
11. Privacy Policy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information in connection with the Services. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for additional information regarding your rights as a California resident.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and applicable state laws, without regard to any conflict of law principles that would require or permit the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate federal or state courts of competent jurisdiction within the United States. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.
Nothing in this section shall prevent Round Table Pizza from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact Round Table Pizza at [email protected] and provide a written description of the dispute, including the facts and circumstances, the specific relief sought, and your contact information. You agree to engage in good-faith negotiations with us for a period of at least thirty (30) days in an effort to resolve the dispute informally.
13.2 Binding Arbitration
If the dispute is not resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days of your initial notice, either party may elect to resolve the dispute through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, which are available at www.adr.org. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language and shall take place in the United States. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
13.3 Class Action Waiver
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND ROUND TABLE PIZZA EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. ALL DISPUTES MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
13.4 Small Claims Court
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court, provided the matter falls within the court's jurisdictional limits and the claim is not brought as part of a class action or representative proceeding.
14. Term and Termination
14.1 Duration
These Terms shall remain in full force and effect for as long as you access or use our Website or Services. Certain provisions of these Terms, by their nature, shall survive termination, including but not limited to: Intellectual Property Rights, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution.
14.2 Termination by You
You may terminate your account or cease using our Services at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Termination of your account does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations or liabilities arising prior to termination.
14.3 Termination by Round Table Pizza
Round Table Pizza reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website and Services, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Your breach or suspected breach of these Terms;
- Your engagement in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities;
- Our decision to discontinue the Website or Services;
- Technical, security, or legal reasons requiring such action;
- Requests by law enforcement or other government authorities.
Upon termination, your license to use the Website and Services will immediately cease, and you must stop all use of the Website. We reserve the right to maintain certain records as required by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes.
15. Changes to Terms of Service
Round Table Pizza reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will provide notice by:
- Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page;
- Posting a prominent notice on our Website;
- Sending an email notification to registered users (where applicable).
Your continued use of the Website or Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of updates. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Website and Services.
Changes to these Terms will not apply retroactively and will not affect any dispute that arose before the effective date of the change, unless mutually agreed upon by both parties in writing.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law by a court of competent jurisdiction or arbitrator, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if it cannot be so modified, it shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
The parties agree that the remaining provisions of these Terms shall be interpreted so as to give the fullest possible effect to the original intent of the parties as expressed in the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision.
17. Entire Agreement and Waiver
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by Round Table Pizza on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Round Table Pizza regarding your use of the Website and Services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to such subject matter.
Round Table Pizza's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Round Table Pizza.
18. Force Majeure
Round Table Pizza shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms to the extent that such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions or restrictions, labor disputes, power failures, internet outages, supply chain disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable anticipation and control ("Force Majeure Events").
In the event of a Force Majeure Event, we will provide you with as much advance notice as reasonably practicable and will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as possible.
19. Electronic Communications
By using our Website and Services, you consent to receiving electronic communications from Round Table Pizza. These communications may include operational emails regarding your orders, account activity, security notices, and other administrative messages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, these electronic communications satisfy any legal requirements that such communications be in writing. You may also receive marketing communications if you have opted in to such communications, and you may opt out at any time in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
20. Children's Use
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
